Return window
we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition
- include all original tags and packaging
Return Shipping
Custumers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nirellestudio.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
